Mr. Filice is a Barrister and Solicitor licensed and in good standing in Ontario and also an Attorney at Law licensed to practice in New York State. He completed his legal training (Juris Doctor) at the University of Arkansas School of Law in the United States with coursework in Innsbruck, Austria. Prior to law school, he attended both the University of Western Ontario in London and McMaster University in Hamilton where he received degrees in Statistics (Bachelor of Science) and Economics (Bachelor of Arts).
